- purchased a 4-axis vertical machining centre, programmed CAD/CAM and integrated it with the management system,
- optimised production processes, internalising complex machining operations and replacing obsolete machinery
- reduced costs and emissions through energy consumption monitoring
This has resulted in efficient, integrated management, productivity, a shorter supply chain and less waste.
